Freedom Senior Services was founded by immigrants and refugees who experienced firsthand the gaps in the care system for their own families and communities. What started as a small home care operation in Louisville, Kentucky, grew through deep community trust, word-of-mouth referrals, and a commitment to culturally responsive care that larger providers were not delivering.
Today, Freedom operates more than 20 locations across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee, delivering three integrated service lines: personal attendant home care, adult day healthcare, and case management. Our workforce speaks the languages of the communities we serve. Our care plans respect the customs, preferences, and goals of every individual and family.

Our Clinical Team
Our care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, a registered dietitian, physical and occupational therapists, activity directors, licensed drivers, and multilingual staff fluent in Nepali, Spanish, Burmese, Arabic, Swahili, and additional languages.
