Afton Home Care provides non-skilled assistance to those needing a little extra help with activities of daily living, which includes, but is not limited to, assistance or supervision with bathing, dressing, transfers, and ambulation. For those that meet eligibility requirements, services can be funded through the Indiana Aged and Disabled Medicaid Waiver program. Private-pay options are also available. Our goal is to provide our clients with a safe and healthy home environment so they can maintain their independence in their own homes for as long as possible.
