Start with one conversation.
Most families call before they know exactly what kind of care they need. That is a good time to start.
- Tell us what is happening. Share who needs help, where they live and what has become harder. You do not need to know a program name before you call.
- We explain the options. A Freedom coordinator can walk through services, payment pathways and the steps that may apply, including who decides eligibility and authorization.
- Care begins, and you are not on your own. A Freedom Participant Coordinator is there for questions and day-to-day coordination, alongside your case manager if you have one.

Caregivers from your community
Our caregivers and coordinators live where you live and come from the communities they serve. They know how a familiar meal is made and which routines matter at home.
Agency caregivers who are employees
Freedom’s agency caregivers are W-2 employees who are screened, trained and supervised by Freedom, rather than independent workers from a registry.
An additional point of contact
Your Freedom Participant Coordinator is an additional point of contact who helps you navigate services, answer questions and coordinate support alongside your case manager, if you have one.
Care with oversight behind it
Visits are verified electronically where the program requires it. A dedicated compliance team reviews how care is delivered and billed, and families and employees have a confidential way to raise concerns about care, billing or conduct.

You do not have to figure it out alone. Freedom can explain Medicaid waivers, VA authorization and private-pay options where Freedom offers them. The program or payer decides who qualifies and what it covers.

Working with case managers, discharge planners and health plans
Freedom Senior Services works with health plans, Area Agencies on Aging, the VA and other referral partners in the markets where we participate. Referral partners get a contact and a clear handoff.
